With new, innovative features and robust, field-tested supportive training methodology, GreshGrip is a fully comprehensive finger-strength training system developed by Britain’s pioneering coach. Ultra-light and ideal for travel or use at the crag, the full package consists of the main GreshGrip, for 3 & 4 finger training and skin-toughening and the GreshGrip Mini, for dedicated 1 & 2 finger training.

Main 3 & 4-finger unit comes with 6 different grip inserts: 4 for training and 2 for skin-toughening:
Training grips: 20mm flat, 15mm flat, 20mm unlevel - left & right (available in a standard size: ‘L’ or smaller size: ‘M’)
Skin toughening grips: 20mm rough-textured and innovative ‘micro-blade’. Ideal for preparation at the crag.
GreshGrip Mini comes with unique, innovative unlevel edges designed for ‘front and back-2’ half-crimp training as well as 2-finger open training.
Fully radiused mono.
‘Always balanced’ ergonomic design.
Both devices supplied with separate, bespoke high quality storage bags, hand-made in Pembrokeshire, UK.
Manufactured, tested and individually inspected by Neil in the Lake District.

GreshGrip and GreshGrip Mini are available as a Special Edition – with colour-matched logo on the cradle, and as a Black Edition – with black embossed logo on the cradle. Both editions come with colour-matched orange/grey/blue edge inserts.

GreshGrip Cancellation & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a UK customer shopping on our website, you are legally protected by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which grant you a statutory right to cancel your order and return your items.
1. Your Right to Cancel (The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your item(s) without giving any reason.
The Cancellation Window: You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days from the day after you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods.
How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us via a clear statement. You can do this by emailing us at admin@neilgresham.com.
2. Returning Your Items
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the items to us without undue delay.
The Return Window: Items must be mailed back to us within 14 days of the date you notified us of your cancellation.
Return Shipping Costs: You (the customer) are responsible for paying the costs of returning the items to us, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund if the return package is lost in transit.

3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned items—or once you provide official, trackable proof that you have sent them back—we will process your refund.
What We Refund: We will refund the full price paid for the items, plus the cost of our standard delivery charge. If you chose an express or premium delivery method at checkout, we will only refund the amount equal to our cheapest standard delivery rate.
Refund Method: We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Processing Time: Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or receiving your proof of postage).
4. Condition of Returned Items
You are legally permitted to inspect the items as you would in a physical retail shop. However, if the value of the goods is diminished because you have handled them excessively or damaged them, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your final refund.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately at admin@neilgresham.com with details and photographic evidence. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act mean you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty items, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
