With new, innovative features and supportive training methodology, GreshGrip is the result of 3 years of R&D from Britain’s most experienced coach. The main device is a highly functional and versatile modular lifting-edge for 3 and 4-finger training and skin toughening. Ultra-light and ideal for travel or use at the crag, the main GreshGrip is designed to be used separately or in conjunction with the ‘GreshGrip Mini’ as a fully comprehensive finger strength training system.

• Comes with 6 different grip inserts: 4 for training and 2 for skin-toughening:

• Training grips: 20mm flat, 15mm flat, 20mm unlevel - left & right (available in a standard size: ‘L/M’ or smaller size)

• Skin toughening grips: Rough-textured and innovative ‘micro-blade’ (ideal for preparation at the crag).

• ‘Always balanced’ ergonomic design.

• Supplied with a high quality storage bag, hand-made in Pembrokeshire, UK.

• Manufactured, tested and individually inspected by Neil in the Lake District.

• Comes with downloadable training manual with Neil’s tips and trial workouts.
