Most climbers are unsure how to structure fingerboard sessions correctly but Hangboard Guru removes the guesswork by prescribing specific, customised sessions for strength and endurance. The workouts range in length from 30 to 90 minutes and each exercise comes with a video demonstration. A range of warm-ups, core strengthening, antagonist and flexibility sessions are also included. The personalistion function allows you to take a photo of your board and mark the holds for each exercise and the calibration function enables you to adapt the workload and log your settings, so that you can measure progress.
